Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

Where an amendment materially affects Player rights, abe67 will provide reasonable advance notice via the email address registered to the Player's account.

Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

Access to the abe67 platform is strictly limited to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. This is an absolute requirement with no exceptions. abe67 takes its responsibility to prevent underage gambling extremely seriously and applies rigorous age verification checks during the KYC process.

3.2 Residency & Jurisdiction

abe67 is operated for the primary benefit of players in Bangladesh. You are responsible for ensuring that accessing and using online gambling services is lawful in your specific location and under your personal circumstances. abe67 makes no representation that the platform is appropriate or lawful in jurisdictions outside its primary operating market.

3.3 Single Account Rule

Each individual Player is permitted to hold only one active abe67 account at any time. Opening duplicate accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or device profiles — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

3.4 Capacity

By registering on abe67, you represent and warrant that you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, that you are not acting on behalf of any third party, and that you are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an abe67 employee in a role involving platform operations, odds-setting, or game management.

Account Registration & KYC Verification

4.1 Registration

To access the full range of abe67 services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, email address, and mobile phone number linked to your bKash, Nagad, or other registered payment account.

You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate and complete at all times. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of these terms.

4.2 KYC Requirements

abe67 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer verification process. Before withdrawals are processed and, in some cases, before deposit limits are raised, Players are required to submit:

• A clear copy of a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence issued in Bangladesh;
• A recent utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months confirming the Player's registered address;
• In certain cases, a selfie photograph holding the submitted identity document;
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., a screenshot of the registered bKash or Nagad account in the Player's name).

abe67 will process KYC submissions within 48 hours during standard operating periods. Players will be notified by email of the outcome. Incomplete or unverifiable documentation will result in a request for resubmission.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials. abe67 will not be held liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials. You must notify abe67 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposit Methods

abe67 accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking, and selected debit card services where available. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. Maximum single deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification status and are displayed within the payment section of your account dashboard.

5.2 Deposit Processing

Any payment received in a currency other than BDT will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of processing, net of any conversion fees applied by the payment provider.

Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, promotions, free bets, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards issued by abe67 are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer at the time of its availability. In cases of conflict between these general Terms & Conditions and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the relevant promotion's terms before any winnings derived from those bonus funds may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount unless otherwise stated. Not all casino games contribute equally to wagering requirements — the specific contribution percentage for each game type will be stated in the promotion's terms. Sports betting markets may have separate wagering conditions applied to free bet offers.

6.3 Bonus Validity

Bonus funds that are not wagered within the validity period stated in the promotion's terms will expire automatically and be removed from the Player's account without replacement or compensation. It is the Player's responsibility to be aware of the expiry dates of any active bonus funds held in their account.

6.4 Bonus Abuse

abe67 operates zero tolerance toward bonus abuse. This includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, systematically placing low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay engagement, exploiting errors in bonus configurations, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional structures. abe67 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings and close accounts where bonus abuse is identified.

Betting Rules

7.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on abe67 sports markets are subject to acceptance at the Company's absolute discretion. abe67 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at any time without explanation where, in the Company's assessment, the bet represents an unusual risk, is placed on an event affected by a technical error, or is associated with an account under investigation for prohibited conduct.

7.2 Odds & Market Settlement

Odds displayed on the abe67 platform are updated in real time and may change between the time a bet is selected and the time it is submitted. The odds at which a bet is confirmed constitute the final terms of that wager. abe67 settles all markets based on official results as published by the relevant governing body of the sport in question — including the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) for BPL and national team fixtures, the International Cricket Council (ICC) for international events, and FIFA for football.

7.3 In-Play Betting

In-play betting markets on abe67 are governed by real-time data feeds. abe67 accepts no liability for bets placed based on incorrect in-play data arising from data feed delays or errors outside the Company's reasonable control. Bets confirmed on a settled market due to a technical delay will be voided and stakes returned.

7.4 Voided Bets

A bet may be voided by abe67 where: the event is abandoned or postponed beyond the settlement window; the market was offered in error; the bet was placed after the event concluded; or where abe67 has reasonable grounds to believe the bet was placed in violation of these terms. Voided bets result in the return of the original stake to the Player's cash balance.

Casino Game Rules

All casino games available on the abe67 platform are supplied by licensed third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game operates under the individual rules and Return to Player (RTP) percentages established by the respective studio and certified by independent testing laboratories.

• Accessing the platform using a VPN, proxy server, or other tool designed to mask or falsify the Player's actual geographic location;
• Sharing account access credentials with any third party, allowing a third party to operate your account, or operating an account on behalf of another individual.

Intellectual Property

All content on the abe67 platform — including but not limited to the abe67 brand name, logo, website design, user interface, written content, graphics, game assets (as licensed from studio partners), and software — is the intellectual property of abe67 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the abe67 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit the reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, reverse engineering, or commercial exploitation of any abe67 content or platform components.

The abe67 name, logo, and brand identity may not be used in any context — including social media, promotional material, or third-party websites — without the express prior written consent of the Company.

Privacy & Data Protection

By registering on abe67, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and the delivery of promotional communications where you have opted in to receive them.

abe67 applies 256-bit SSL encryption across all pages and transactions. Player data is never sold to third parties. Data is shared with third-party service providers — including payment processors and KYC verification partners — only to the extent necessary to deliver the platform's services, under data processing agreements that require equivalent standards of data protection.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, abe67 shall not be liable to any Player for:

abe67's total aggregate liability to any Player arising from any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Account Suspension & Closure

13.1 Suspension by abe67

abe67 reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to any Player account at any time and without prior notice where there are reasonable grounds to believe that the account has been involved in: a breach of these Terms & Conditions; fraudulent or prohibited conduct; money laundering or other financial crime; an ongoing KYC or dispute investigation; or any activity that poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or the safety of other Players.

13.2 Closure by abe67

Following the conclusion of an investigation under Section 13.1, abe67 may elect to permanently close an account. Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending resolution of outstanding claims or forfeited where the breach involved fraudulent conduct. Where an account is closed due to abe67's commercial decision unrelated to Player misconduct, any verified cash balance will be refunded to the Player's registered payment method.

13.3 Voluntary Closure

Players who wish to close their abe67 account voluntarily may do so by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Any verified cash balance remaining at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to the Player's registered payment method within 5 working days. Bonus funds will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure unless the applicable wagering requirement has already been met in full.

13.4 Self-Exclusion Closure

Players who close their account through the self-exclusion programme will have their account locked for the chosen exclusion period (minimum 30 days). During the exclusion period, no deposits, bets, or game play are permitted and no marketing communications will be sent. Requests to reopen a self-excluded account before the exclusion period expires will not be considered under any circumstances.

Continued use of the abe67 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes the Player's acceptance of the revised terms.

Players who do not accept the revised terms must cease using the platform and contact support at [email protected] to request voluntary account closure in accordance with Section 13.3 above.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the abe67 platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. abe67 operates as a platform committed to fair dealing and transparent dispute resolution.

16.1 Informal Resolution

In the event of any dispute regarding a bet settlement, account decision, withdrawal, or bonus application, Players should first contact the abe67 support team at [email protected] providing full details of the dispute. abe67 commits to acknowledging all dispute submissions within 48 hours and providing a substantive response within 7 business days.

16.2 Formal Escalation

Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally through the support process, either party may request a formal internal review by a senior member of the abe67 compliance team. The outcome of the formal internal review represents abe67's final position on the matter in question.

16.3 Records

The records maintained by abe67's servers — including game logs, transaction records, bet histories, and account activity logs — constitute the primary source of evidence for the resolution of any dispute. In cases of conflict between a Player's recollection and abe67's server records, the server records shall prevail unless the Player can produce independent evidence demonstrating a material discrepancy.
